Call Center Survey Reminder

If you work in a call center position - either at a center or working from your home - we are inviting you to take a 15-minute scientific survey we’ve developed in partnership with Cornell and McMaster University.

This survey will ask you about the use of technology at your job and how it’s impacted the quality of your work life.
