At&t East Ratification Meeting Details and Absentee Voting Instructions

At our upcoming ratification meeting on June 20th from 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. we will hold several contract explanation sessions. These sessions will be held at the Sheraton Hotel Located at 275 Research Parkway in Meriden CT. This will ensure all members are properly educated on the proposed contract changes and have every opportunity to ask questions. These sessions will repeat at 2:00, 4:00, 6:00, and 8:00 p.m. In addition, for those members unable to attend the meeting we will provide two separate opportunities to vote through the Election Committee. On Monday June 19th between 9:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m. votes can be called in to Union HQ at 203-288-5271 by speaking directly with Election Committee member Gina Thomas. In addition, absentee votes may be cast by contacting Gina Thomas during the ratification meeting from 2:00-10:00 p.m. by calling her at 203-747-6214. Please expect to verify the last 4 digits of your SS# for verification of eligibility to vote using this process.
