Winter storm Stella closes centers in New Haven and New London ahead of blizzard.

Frontier leadership has notified the union that the call centers in New Haven and New London offices as well as the MA, FA, and CST titles on the 2nd and 6th floor of 310 Orange St. will be closed Tuesday, March 14, 2017 due to the pending blizzard and the governors statewide travel ban. Employees at these locations are to stay home until further notice from Frontier supervision. Frontier will roll the work to its other centers in surrounding states and will assess reopening these offices when the ban is lifted. Outside technicians are to follow our snow policy and report to their reporting locations however vacation and personal time can be used. Please notify your boss if you choose to do so. All technicians will be doubled up if a truck roll is necessary and only for emergency restorative or critical work necessary to public safety. PLEASE BE SAFE! - No job is so important that we can not take the time to perform our work safely!
