Pura Update on Frontier Acquisition September 26, 2014

PURA is still on schedule to issue a draft decision on the Frontier /AT&T acquisition on September 30, with a final decision on October 15.     As we previously stated, any member who wishes to retire under the AT&T umbrella they have to do so before the close date which is expected to occur October 24.  To ensure that your paperwork is filed on time, please do not wait until that last minute to file for retirement.
