In addition to members being unable to reach assistance to get their questions answered, AT&T has found about 450 total employees who had wrong information in their open enrollment, and the following is their fix for this:   An administrative error affected 448 Mobility employees resulting in incorrect medical contributions being presented during 2018 Annual Enrollment.  We are working to perform the necessary corrections as soon as possible.   Impacted employees will be notified electronically to review the corrected contribution information and change their election, if they wish.  The enrollment deadline for 2018 elections has been extended to November 8, 2017for affected employees.  Employees who believe they may have received incorrect rates can reach out to the AT&T Benefits Center for counseling at (877) 722-0020.
