Healthcare Reimbursement Accounts Frontier and AT&T

In 2012 the union bargained funds be deposited into a Health Care Reimbursement (HRA) Account for our members who were employed with AT&T in 2009 . These funds are still available if you did not use them. Also, if you transitioned to Frontier, the funds were transferred with you.    This is a reminder to all that these funds are available for reimbursement for  your out of pocket healthcare expenses.  The rules of the plan say that  you can still  apply reimbursement  for expenses that were made in 2015 but  must use them by March 31 of the current year. These funds are available every year until you have used them. Once used the funds are not replenished.  If you do know if you have funds available visit website the at http://myspendingaccount.adp.com. Lastly, 2015 Flexible Spending Accounts ( FSA) funds must be applied for by March 31, 2016. AT&T Employees can call 800-283-3211. Frontier Employees can call 800-678-6684.
