FSA Issue with Frontier

It was brought to the Unions attention that prescription provider Express Scripts is not automatically forwarding claims to the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) vendor WageWorks.   Frontier's Benefits group advised the Union that they are working with both Anthem and Express Scripts to re-generate the claims file feed.  Until then, they have asked that participants file claims manually with WageWorks.
