In a follow-up to the Union's last meeting with Frontier leadership, Frontier has agreed to fill the placement assistant title, and will forward a job description and test requirements for the Union's review. Frontier is still working on the system that will allow members to build and retain a job profile for future jobs. In the meantime, they have agreed to send an email to all employees as jobs become available.
Frontier has also agreed to establish a shared library of all titles that is expected to be similar to the Burrs database previously used. This database will be one of the first assignments of the new placement assistant when the job is filled.
