CWA1298 was notified along with the members that Frontier Communications has announced a organizational restructure. It is important to recognize that the Frontier CWA1298 Bargaining unit is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Memorandum of Agreement negotiated during the Connecticut acquisition. This agreement includes job security through expiration of the contract in April of 2018. CWA1298 is requesting a meeting with Frontier leadership to get more information related to the restructure. There are no details other than what was included in the Company email. We will report out additional information as it becomes available.
