Frontier Benefits Update Regarding Accumulated Deductibles and Co-Insurance

All member cost shares (Deductible and Coinsurance) processed at BCBS of IL through 10/24 have been received and posted at Anthem BCBS.  You can view your cost shares on-line at anthem.com after you have registered or call the number on the back of your ID card and check with Customer Service.   Any members who had claims with cost shares applied with dates of service prior to 10/25 that were received after 10/24 and processed by BCBS of IL are still outstanding.  Anthem BCBS will receive 2 additional files from BCBS of IL late November and late December and will load the additional Deductible and Coinsurance received on these two file accordingly.
