Thank you to everyone that took the time to fill out a 2019 Frontier Bargaining Survey. The tally is in and the top 3 items our members feel are most important are:
- Job Security
- Medical Benefits
- Retirement Benefits
We will begin bargaining with Frontier on April 15, 2019 and prior to that date each department Vice President will be sitting down with their chief stewards to go over the surveys and get their input on departmental proposals.
This Thursday we will have our 2019 Mobilization Training Plan complete! We started with our newest members, to educate them on what bargaining and mobilization are all about, and then we did a refresher for all of our stewards and lead mobilizers. Our members are fired up & ready for this round of bargaining!
