We passed a proposal to the company addressing a Special Voluntary Severance Package on September 23rd. The company has evaluated this proposal. We had discussions related to questions the company had about our proposal today September 25th in an effort to meet the needs of both parties. The company will be sending us a counter proposal which we will be evaluating tomorrow September 26th and Friday September 27th. Any new developments will be reported out to the membership
