The CWA Customer Service Program is inviting all call center workers to participate in an online survey conducted by Cornell University that will begin to document working conditions in call centers. The survey will ask questions about issues impacting call center workers, including metrics, scheduling, technology and outsourcing.  The results of the survey will provide a solid profile of call center working conditions and identify best practices that reduce stress in the workplace and improve job quality in a constantly changing sector. In addition, the survey results will help us to develop more effective bargaining strategies and to advocate for better public policies. The results of the survey will be shared with participants and with all elected leaders of CWA.  Individual's survey responses are completely confidential and will not be shared with your employer or with the CWA.  HOW TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY: Click HERE to take the survey. Thank you for your help, your input will help us develop more effective bargaining strategies and advocate for better public policies.
