A message from President Dave Weidlich
CWA is working with professors at Cornell and McMaster University on an international study of Call Center Representatives to understand the impact that new technologies and work from home have had on job quality.
As part of this study, CWA’s research department has developed a 15-minute online survey for CWA Call Center members, which will enable them to identify ‘best practices’ in the industry. CWA members who fill out this survey will be helping their union more effectively bargain and advocate to improve their jobs. Please click the link to participate in this brief survey.
