AT&T has formally notified the Union that there is a surplus condition in the F08 pool  in the Network Technician Electronic Title,  and that they anticipate that there will not be enough jobs available to offer to surplused employees and therefore intends to layoff as provided in (Article VII). EVSP packages will be delivered to all members in the  impacted entity.    Elections to leave the Company with EVSP during this offer period  must be made no later than, January 5, 2016 by Noon.   Members who elect to leave  will be off AT&T payroll on a date determined by the company which may be as soon as the date of approval of the EVSP but no later than Friday Feb. 5, 2016.  The Company will provide a Guaranteed Job Offer as provided for in the Commitment of Employment Security in the 2012 Labor Agreements to those members designated for layoff who were hired prior to April 8, 2012.
