Healthcare Flexible Spending Account Limits are $2500 Child and Elder Dependent Care Savings Account Limits $5000   Dependents covered for Healthcare until Age 26 CarePlus will have  a Contribution Holiday Effective Jan. 1, 2017 until further notice CarePlus will be on a contribution holiday meaning it is offered with no required monthly contribution.  You will be notified in advance of the holiday end. New employees should sign up for coveage which is currently $2 for individual $4 for family.     If you are actively working as an employees  you will remain  eligible for the company sponsored plans.  If an employee retired during the term of the 2012 agreement (which expired April 9, 2016) and are Medicare-eligible (because they turned 65 or because they are on Long Term Disability), AT&T will transition them to the AON Hewitt  Exchange for 1/1/2017. If an employee  retires after the expiration of the 2012 agreement ( April 9, 2016 )they will remain on company sponsored healthcare and be considered a future retiree once a new agreement is ratified.  When that agreement expires,  Medicare Eligibility for you and your dependent will determine your transition to the Aon Hewitt Exchange. When you are no longer actively working and once you become eligible for Medicare, you must enroll in parts A & B.  Failure to do this in a timely manner can affect your benefits in higher co-pays and possible no-coverage. Cobra rates  which are subject to change annually are expected to change for the year 2017.  AT&T has not completed their final drafts for Open Enrollment as soon as this information is made available we will provide.
