Frontier’s 2018 Annual Enrollment window for active employees is scheduled for November 1 through November 17, 2017.  Members of the Region Human Resources staff will conduct reviews of the upcoming year’s benefits during the Annual Enrollment Window with employees your Union represents.  During these meetings/webinars, HR will review the Annual Enrollment process and benefit options for 2018. Below is attached a copy of the presentation for upcoming meetings. Among other important information, the presentation includes a “What’s New for 2018” section, a summary of 2018 Benefit Plan Highlights, and 2018 employee benefit contribution amounts.  Please note that although the plan design remains the same, the prescription drug plan carrier will change from CVS to Express Scripts (ESI) effective January 1, 2018. On September 11, 2017, Frontier sent an email notification to employees inviting them to view their benefits information and make benefit elections online at www.frontierbenefitscenter.com during the Annual Enrollment window.  As part of Frontier’s “Go Green” initiative and consistent with Frontier’s approach to the Annual Enrollment process, Frontier does not mail printed copies of Annual Enrollment materials. However, during the Annual Enrollment window from November 1 through November 17, 2017, employees may log onto the benefits website to print a copy of the Annual Enrollment material and/or call the Frontier Benefits Center (1-855-FTR (387)-2887) to ask questions.
