Hello all, it’s that time of year again! The magical time of giving, when we who have, give to those that do not. The time of year that brings out the best in most, to make sure a child has a wonderful holiday.
Christmas for some is not a time of magic filled with gifts and toys. Christmas for some is a time of hunger and poverty, not gift giving and receiving.
As in years past, CWA 1298, partnering with Frontier will bring joy to a child or young adult, who otherwise may not have a joyous holiday season. We will once again step up to help the United States Marines Toys for Tots program.
This year we will have collection boxes at company locations. Because of COVID 19, we will also have a donate button on our CWA 1298 website (www.cwa1298.org), in which people can donate money that will be used to purchase toys for the Marines to distribute. This year they need our help and generosity more than ever, I fully believe our Connecticut employees will step up and meet the challenge as we always do.
All toys collected will be picked up at company locations and dropped off to the US Marines collection center on December 20, 2021.
