On January 8, 2024, the Office of Consumer Counsel (OCC), submitted a petition requesting that the Authority investigate the compliance of Frontier with the minimum quality of service standards for maintenance appointments and out-of-service repairs, pursuant to General Statutes §§ 16-247a and 16-247p and Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-247g-9.
