Friends may call Thursday 4-8 pm in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull with a prayer service beginning at 7pm. Interment will be private at the convenience of his family.

Michael Krasowski, age 60 of Meriden, died Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at the Mid State Medical Hospital in Meriden. He was the beloved husband of Loretta Cosgrove Krasowski and son of the late Francis and Ann Warholak Krasowski. Born in Bridgeport, he was a graduate of Central High School and had attended Housatonic Community College. He was a U.S. Naval veteran serving during the Vietnam War aboard the USS Vernon County LST 1161. He was employed by Bridgeport Machines and then AT&T for 22 years. He was a big sports fan especially for the UConn Men's and Women's Basketball teams and the Mets and Red Sox. Survivors in addition to his wife include two loving sons, Michael Krasowski Jr and Jeremiah Krasowski and his wife, Amy; brother, Francis Krasowski Jr. and his wife, Carole; three granddaughters, Briana, Mya and Karlie; and several nieces and nephews.
