Update on Frontier Retiree Life Insurance

December 1, 2017 I am sharing this message because there is misinformation being communicated about the following two topics. This update is to clear up any confusion. Frontier Retiree Life Insurance: At the SVSP webinar for Frontier members a question was asked about basic life insurance for retirees. The company inaccurately stated that it did not continue beyond expiration. The Union immediately objected and received this response from the company which was posted on our website Mon, 11/20/2017 - 1:18pm IMPORTANT: The November 2017 SVSP has not changed any provisions of your collective bargained agreement or existing retiree benefits.   All provisions of your collective bargained agreement and retirement processes through Milliman remain the same.  ATT stock transfer 401K Frontier: The union was notified of Frontier’s intent to force the movement of ATT stock from the Frontier 401K plan. We clearly bargained to retain the ATT stock. We are currently evaluating the situation and are committed to do what is best for our members. CWA Local 1298 has the Grievance and Arbitration procedure as well as the National Labor Relations Board to use as necessary to enforce our Collective Bargaining agreements.
