The below email address has been identified  to provide CT Frontier employees with assistance since being turned away by the Wireless Care Centers.   Make sure you identify your self as  an active Frontier employee that was transitioned from AT&T and had the EMO prior to the sale.    Having the EMO code  on your Mobility account is key to receiving this discount.    Please note that the Frontier employees should place a reference in the subject line that they are CT Frontier employees so that it will be easier for the Customer Care team to handle. The email address for them to use is as follows:retiredatt@amcustomercare.att-mail.com   Future communications regarding this issue should be referred to your department steward/chief steward.
