Frontier has announced that their pension administrator Milliman  now provides full pension administration services.   The following information is available online or by phone:          Project total retirement income.          Estimate pension benefit amounts online.          See your accrued benefit online anytime vs. an annual benefit statement.          Initiate the retirement process through the Service Center or online.  Helpful hints: 1.     Your initial login is your SSN without dashes. Password resets are available by clicking “Forgot password?” on the MillimanBenefits.com login page. You may contact the Benefits Service Center at 866-333-2074 (option 1) if you need further assistance accessing the website at https://www.millimanbenefits.com. 2.     The pension website currently shows your year-to-date cash balance account value through November 30, 2014.  December credits have not been initiated.  The Union is waiting for more information on these credits. The company believes credits will be issued the 3rd week following the end of the month.  The Union has questioned this and we await a response. 4.     If you have transferred between AT&T Pension Plans you may not be able to model online for another few weeks. Please contact the Service Center if you need retirement materials before the calculator is available. 5.     Beneficiary designations were to be transferred from the prior pension administrator. Please contact the Service Center i to confirm your designation. You can also go online to the Communications section to download a beneficiary designation form to submit an updated designation.  The union highly suggest that beneficiary designations be confirmed. 6.     Disabled employees who returned to work after 10/24/2014 will have their pension history transferred in the near future.
