We are very suspicious with the lack of information being provided to the union by both AT&T and Frontier and this raises our concerns about the upcoming sale.  In their latest email communication, it is clear AT&T is acknowledging that some of their management personnel are speculating on issues without knowledge of what will be determined during effects bargaining.  The information regarding the latest filing with PURA was never shared with the union, and Labor Relations has promised Assistant to the Vice President, Dennis Trainor, that going forward, this type of information will be shared with the union in a timely manner.   The Union will be meeting with Labor Relations and Dennis Trainor tomorrow, where we hope to receive a copy of the list that has not been shared yet. We also will have a conference call scheduled with CWA  economist and benefits experts Louise Novotny and Irvin Stout,  Randy Barber Union financial advisor, and regulatory lawyer, Scott Rubin.
