Frontier Hiring Customer Service Technician

Frontier will be hiring Customer Service Technicians (CST) for the recently bargained Tier II Support Center which will be  located in New Haven. As per page 2 of the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 2013, Frontier will have openings in the newly created  u-verse video support operation in Connecticut. This center will be housed at 310 Orange St in New Haven.  This job is open to internal candidates via the Frontier Intra-net and  external candidates via the Internet. Frontier is obligated to go by the contract which means that jobs are first made available through the transfer bureau. If there are not enough qualified applicants they will than go to outside applicants. Currently they do not have enough internal applications on the Frontier internal website  "The Link", therefore they have gone to the street for Applicants. The Union is aware that internal transfers for both maintenance administrator and CST are still being worked by Frontier.  Frontier has also informed the union that they will be calling internal candidates for both Maintenance Administrator and CST in the near future in order to fill the previously announced job openings.
