Frontier Annual Enrollment Begins October 28 Ends November 18

Frontier Communications will be having annual enrollment beginning October 28 and ending November 18 and can be completed at www.frontierbenefitscenter.com .   (Recent communications from AT&T appear to be erroneous for Frontier members - we are waiting for a response from AT&T) The AT&T 2013 Memorandum of Understanding reflects new rates for 2016.   These rates will stay in place for 2017 and 2018 unless the company requests a healthcare re-opener.  The 2014  Frontier Memorandum of Understanding    has a healthcare re-opener on page 11 which will only take effect if the federal government imposes a federa tax on our health plan because it falls within the limits of the "Cadillac Tax" plan.   Click Here for the newsletter which  simplifies the upcoming new rates and changes Key Points  Benefits will roll over but it is highly advised that you check the  website to confirm they are correct.
