2018 Annual Open Enrollment November 8 - 22, 2017           2018 Annual Enrollment Window closes on November 22nd – No exceptions !! Please review your current benefit elections during the November 8 - 22, 2017 Enrollment Window and make any necessary changes to your current coverage to best meet the needs of you and your covered dependent(s) in 2018. Enrolling is easy:      Online:  www.frontierbenefitscenter.com.  Follow the online instructions to enroll.  Always print or save a copy of your Confirmation Statement for your records since Confirmation Statements will not be mailed to your home.      By phone: You may call the Frontier Benefits Service Center at 1-855-FTR-2887, M – F, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern, to enroll for your 2018 benefits. Accessing website for the first time? Logon to www.frontierbenefitscenter.com Your user ID is the first two letters of your first name + the first three letters of your last name (all lower case) + the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) Your initial password is your date of birth (MMDDYYYY). You will be directed to change the initial password the first time you log on the proceed further.               IMPORTANT !! Be sure to complete/update your beneficiary for Life insurance.  You will be “defaulted” if you don’t enroll!  That means: ​Your benefits, except for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) will remain in the same plan and enrollment level as is today and 2018 pricing will apply. You must re-enroll for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) every year. CarePlus is eliminated effective November 1, 2017, based on the terms of your collective bargaining agreement.
