We met with the company yesterday. They rejected our last proposal and passed over their latest proposal which still continues to shift the cost of health care onto its employees. With the CEO getting an increase in his total compensation of about 13% or roughly $30 million dollars a year, it is clear to this team just how poorly the company thinks of its hard working employees or what it thinks is fair and equitable.
