With the recent announcement that AT&T will be closing their Meriden call center and moving those jobs to right to work states, it is important that we fight to ensure that no more call center jobs leave our state. That is why we are asking all of our 1298 members, not just call center workers, to call their State Senator and House member and ask them to support the Call Center Bill. With your help, we can get this done. Just last night, after intense lobbying from the CWA, the New York State Senate passed a similar bill. We can get this passed in Connecticut, but we need your help. Below, I have included a script as well as the general line for both the State House and the State Senate.
