The mission of LNO is to heighten awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion and the importance we play, often unknowingly, in the lives of others. The theme for this year is "Change Your Words, Change Your World." I believe this statement applies to all of us, as co-workers, parents, spouses, sons, and daughters, as fellow citizens.
