Amy Lynn Wolyniec D'Amato, 47, died suddenly at her home in Woodbridge on May 6, 2017. She was the wife of Dino D'Amato and the devoted mother of Jack Eyrich, William Eliason (Leah Pryor) of Woodbridge and "Ama" to grandsons Mason James Eliason and Joshua Dylan Eliason, beloved daughter of Maureen Quinlan Wolyniec of West Haven and the late Eugene R. Wolyniec, sister of Jennifer Wolyniec Davis (Wade) dedicated granddaughter to the late Rona Cozzi Quinlan, William James Quinlan and Pauline Wolyniec, loving niece of Arlene Quinlan of Wallingford and William & Kim Quinlan of Branford, and their children, Bill and Katie Quinlan, lifelong best friend to her cousin, Donna Chomiak Romano. Amy lived her life in complete devotion to her children and grandchildren. She met every obstacle with enduring strength and love. Amy attended Amity High School and held a Paralegal Certificate from the Univ. of New Haven. She spent many years as Office/Banquet Manager and Assistant to the owner of Sage American Grill and Oyster Bar. She was a member of CWA Local 1298 and an employee of Frontier Communications. Funeral Friday at 9:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Litchfield Turnpike, Woodbridge, at 10 A.M.
