A settlement agreement between CWA Local 1298 and PURA as it relates to our issues with their decision on make ready work and shifting poles. This settlement has been posted on PURA’s website and ultimately declares that PURA’s decisions do not relieve employers of their collective bargaining obligations. The Yale University law students were instrumental in helping us achieve this important settlement by filing the lawsuit, presenting our issues and ultimately reaching this agreement.
