PURA Update

In regards to the PURA case related to pole attachments and shifting work that interferes with our collective bargaining agreement, the lawsuit filed by the Yale law students is on a temporary hold while the parties work towards a settlement agreement. President Weidlich will be having a meeting with our Yale attorneys for an update on the case soon. We will report back out when we have more information to share.
