Orange Contract Agreement on Sept. & Oct. Commission Changes

Dear Brothers & Sisters, The Orange Mobility bargaining committee has a standing request to bargain all commission changes. We have been working with the NLRB on this issue since the agreement expired on May 1st. Within the past couple of weeks, AT&T had posted changes to commissions for September and October in D6 and D3 on the company website with a note that the employees in "Orange" would not get these new changes due to CWA telling them not to change anything. The attached agreement was reached today to apply the changes to Retail workers in Orange too. The language in this agreement protects both AT&T's and CWA's position regarding commissions as we continue to push to a complete agreement.  Thank you for your continued support as we work toward a new Orange contract.
