Mobility Action Plan Update on new Absence Plan and Commission Plan

At&t Mobility Absence Plan  The Company has made small changes to the April version of the Absence Plan but these changes are minor. They are ready to roll out this new plan on May 1st, so, get ready for May 1st to fight back if we cannot convince the company to back off these new changes to the plan that is in effect today April 24.  New Commission Plan The Union has been engaged in discussions with the Company regarding a trial of a new commission plan for Retail Sales Consultants on May 1. The trial will be conducted within certain director organizations in the following markets: • Southeast Region: Gulf States – RSCs in the Kristi Behr organization • Northeast Region: DC/MD – RSCs in the Whitfield Faris organization • Central Region: GMR –RSCs in the Keith Meyer organization • West Region: Alaska – RSCs in the Scott Meyers organization The trial plan features a simplified structure from previous plans and other enhancements. The Company will be engaged with the CWA Mobility commission committee during the course of the trial with status updates and an opportunity for the union to offer continued input into the plan before it is rolled out on a national basis.
