Members Begin their First Day with Frontier Communications

CWA members reported to work full of anticipation and excitement as they began their first work day under their new employer, Frontier Communications.   They met with the leadership from  Frontier Communications at building locations around the state. Applause could be heard in the Hartford garage after Frontier's President, Paul Quick,  announced that the Prem Techs would be made regular full time and  that they would be provided work boots.  Members from  Call Centers, garages, and central offices started their training, as small groups of service reps began taking calls from their Connecticut Customers.   Click Here for photos
