The Executive Board, Assistant to the Vice President Dennis Trainor, and Staff Rep Pat Telesco met with Frontier Human Resource Representatives Cecilia K. McKenney,  Alan Gaynor,  General Counsel  Andrew Crain,  and   Brian Carlo Sr. Vice President Compensation and Benefits & Risk, today for preliminary  discussions.  We had general discussions on jobs moving from AT&T to Frontier, work functions performed by our members,  as well as work locations.  Frontier reiterated their promise to recognize our Collective Bargaining Agreement, as well as the Summary Plan Descriptions that cover our Pension and Benefit Plans.    CWA will be scheduling meetings with both AT&T and Frontier for next week, and will provide updates regularly. Your executive board is also scheduling a trip to visit a Frontier worksite location currently covered by a CWA collective bargaining agreements. Our attorney Scott Rubin submitted a motion to intervene which was approved by PURA last week.  Today AT&T filed a motion to reconsider CWA’s petition to intervene.   Click Here for PURA Docket information
