Some of you may have seen a training course in the Cornerstone labeled "TriageNow Service for Injured Workers". To be clear, this VOLUNTARY service DOES NOT replace our Workers Compensation policy in any way!! It is a voluntary service that Frontier is offering to their employees as a means to report an on the job injury and receive advice from a medical professional on what to do i.e. go to Concentra, emergency room, etc. Again, this is voluntary and you do not have to use it. You can continue to report any on the job injuries to your supervisor the same as you have done in the past.
