  Flexible Spending Accounts Participants: The Union has been notified that ADP experienced a system problem while loading the recent Caremark/CVS file into their system.  Because of this prescriptions reimbursements were overstated.   ADP is in the process of fixing this issue and identify who has been impacted.     If you received a check from ADP that you believe the amount is not correct, please do not cash the check and e-mail the Frontier Benefits Team at Frontier.Benefits.Team@ftr.com.   They are working with ADP to correct and re-send you a new check. In addition, once ADP identifies the  impacted population, they will contact them to work in the fix. Frontier Benefits has apologized  on behalf of the ADP team for any inconvenience this issue caused.
