After meeting with the Company on 8/13, we made ourselves available for 8/15. We made it clear on 8/13 that these were early discussions and we would not make any agreements that were retrogressive and not beneficial to our members. We also made it clear that we would be preparing for formal negotiations and plan our mobilization efforts to achieve a fair and just agreement for our members. The company was not prepared to meet on 8/15 and we have not heard back from them today.
I will report any new developments as they become available.
