Frontier Bargaining Report #17

Throughout this week, the Union and the company reviewed all of the former premise technician carveouts that are in the current collective-bargaining agreement. We were very clear on what our position continues to be. We also had discussions about the two-tiered medical plan, and we continued to press the company towards a fair resolution on the issues that we have with the changes made to the leverage title commission plan for our Sales Consultants. Today we passed the company a comprehensive proposal that we believe will help us achieve a fair and just agreement. The company will be reviewing our proposal and getting back to us.
