Dex Media Acquires YP Holdings to Create DexYP

CWA was notified on Friday June 30th that DEX Media had purchased YP LLC to create DEXYP. Although all the details of this merger are unknown at this time, the National Union has received assurance that all Collective Bargaining Agreements remain in place and their obligation to bargain remains unchanged. We expect to receive more information over the next week or so and will provide that information to our members as soon as it is received.
