CarePlus Frontier Members

Frontier Members who qualify for CAREPLUS  have received annual enrollment packages from AT&T  for their CAREPLUS option for 2017. Your current options will roll over for the 2017 year.  AT&T has advised confirmation statements will be mailed to your homes.  It is highly suggested that you call AT&T Benefits 877-722-0020 to verify the correct contact information coverage information  is on file.  As a reminder,  a special agreement was made between AT&T and Frontier to continue coverage of Careplus until  October 2017  this coverage will no longer continue after this time. As a Reminder Annual Enrollment  for AT&T is  October 17- 28 Frontier annual enrollment begins November 2 at Frontier   Click Here for Details
