Many members have reported that their personnel files cannot be found by AT&T.  It is also reported that files were sent out of state and cannot be located. One CWA member has reported their missing files to Asset Protection. The union is very concerned that about the privacy of our members whose information is missing, we have asked the AT&T to respond to these concerns.  To help identify the extent of this problem CWA is asking that members request to view their personnel file, If you cannot view your file within 48 hours please report this to your steward or chief steward.
