AT&T has announced that their Medicare Eligible Retirees will now be forced to transition their healthcare to AON Retiree Health Exchange, a private insurance marketplace that will supplement their Medicare Parts A&B and medical prescription drug, dental and vision.
Who is the Affecting? - Retirees who will become Medicare eligible by Feb. 1, 2015.
AT&T establishes an HRA for 2015 to help you pay for your individual insurance coverage and eligible out of pocket expenses.
AT&T does not mention how much is funded and does not mention how much the healthcare will cost.
AT&T has not notified the Union of any of this. We received it through a Medicare Eligible Retiree.

What is required? You must be enrolled in the Medicare Parts A&B. - To Enroll in Medicare call Social Security at 800-772-1213.
The retiree website is myretireehealthexchange.com.
Call AON Hewitt for a copy of your Medical plan 800-877-722-0020. -This plan provides all the rules and regulations that AT&T plays by.
Watch for your letter from the Benefits Advisor that will schedule an education appointment. The appoints begin July 1
