AT&T and Frontier Pura Filing February 19, 2014

The Union filed a petition with PURA  and requested to be admitted as a full party to proceedings with regards to this sale.  Our attorneys have filed interrogatories  today.  To view these, please  Click Here  .   We realize that there are many questions, rumors, and speculation in the field, as members are concerned about the sale,  and trying to make decisions about their futures.  In the meantime, AT&T has made one fact very clear, once the sale is made final, those employees that are moved to Frontier will have to retire from Frontier. We will be meeting with both AT&T and Frontier next week and be assured that we will provide any known information as soon as it is available.
