A message from President, Dave Weidlich

As we gather around our tables this Thanksgiving with our families and friends, let us take a moment to reflect on the strength and solidarity that our union represents. This Thanksgiving, we are grateful not only for the hard work we do but for the unity and support that each of you brings to our collective effort.

In the midst of contract negotiations, we continue to stand together—empowered by our shared commitment to fairness, dignity, and respect in the workplace. Your hard work, dedication, and resilience make our union stronger every day, and for that, we are deeply thankful.

This Thanksgiving, let's celebrate the progress we've made and the victories we've achieved, knowing that there is more to come as we continue to fight for the rights and well-being of all working people.

On behalf of the Executive Board and myself we would like to wish you and your loved ones a peaceful and joyful Thanksgiving.
