Update as of 11-5-25:
We are still waiting for Frontier to let the Union know when they will be processing the missed retro payments from 10/31/2025 for those that were out on Short Term Disability or Workers Comp. There has been no definitive answer given by Frontier other than that they are working on the lists.
Update as of 10-30-25:
The Union was made aware today that Frontier did not pay the 3% retroactive wage on Short Term Disability Pay as well as the Workers' Compensation portion of the wages paid by Frontier. They also did not take out 401k contributions for anyone that elects "after tax" deductions. As soon as we have the info on how this will be rectified, we will share it. The Union received the following timeline from Frontier for our wage increases and retro payments, this process will be done in 4 steps.
- On 10/24/2025, you will receive the 9/29/2024 General Wage Increase of 3% in your regular paycheck
- On 10/31/2025, you will receive an off-cycle paycheck that will cover your retro (3%) back to 9/29/2024
- On 11/7/2025, you will receive the 9/28/2025 General Wage Increase of 3.5% in your regular paycheck
- On 11/21/2025, you will receive retro pay that will cover back to 9/28/2025 (3.5%) in your regular paycheck
