Today your bargaining committee met with Frontier to continue discussions on what it will take to get to a fair and equitable contract. We clarified information that was previously given to the company and answered their questions regarding the items that our members said is most important to them. We will be meeting with the company each day this week to discuss departmental as well as main table issues. Our business agents will be joining their respective VP's in the departmental bargaining sessions. We will continue to remind Frontier of the facts, this membership helped the company through the acquisition in 2014, this membership helped the company through bankruptcy and continues to help Frontier through the pandemic. Now its time to give this membership a fair and equitable contract!! Please continue to stay engaged and reach out to your stewards and chief stewards for mobilization activities.
Remember, good contracts are not won at the bargaining table, they are won in the field.
