We met with the company today, and while we did see movement on one of our major issues, it seems as though overall Frontier still can't hear us....I guess we need to TURN THE VOLUME UP!
Your Bargaining Teams focus is to get us the best contract possible without going on strike, and hopefully Frontier feels the same. However, if not, we will be prepared to do whatever is necessary. Be on the lookout for information from your business agents and chief stewards regarding strike preparation training and make sure you're checking your email for Inside Wire updates.
And remember, while we are working without a contract, there will be no changes to your wages, benefits, or working conditions and negotiations will continue.
Don't forget to wear BLACK tomorrow and join your Union brothers and sisters in the morning before work to tell Frontier you deserve a FAIR CONTRACT
